This award is specially set up for endorsing smaller-sized companies with less than 10 employees, yet striving to fulfill their social commitment.

Presented to organizations demonstrating outstanding innovations in the categories of Product, Service, Solution, as well as Organization and Culture, with the aim of inspiring continued investment in innovation within organizations.

  • For international nominees: Complete the Online Entry Form
  • For Hong Kong/ Mainland China nominees: Download the Nomination Form and email back to our representatives 
  • A non-refundable assessment fee of HKD640 / USD80 will be charged for every nomination submission. Assessment Application Form

Qualification Review
  • Your submitted document will be verified internally by the Executive Office.

Assessment
  • Your nomination will be scored according to your supporting documents, SERA Judging Criteria, and how well you have implemented the Six Principles of the Social Caring Pledge.

Audit Interview (Optional)
  • We may arrange a short audit interview if we would like to hear further elaboration from you or the organization you represent.
  • An virtual meeting may be arranged for non-Hong Kong based nominees.

  • A final assessment report will be submitted to the judging panel for final review.

  • Announcement will be made on various media.

Awards Presentation Ceremony
  • Attend the Ceremony and accept the awards presented by Guests of Honor.
  • Formally become the Social Caring Pledge Award winner, and part of SERA Circle.

All nominations will be submitted to the judging panel for review and assessment. The judging panel comprises local professionals and representatives from the SERA Committee. The judges are regulated by strict internal policy to avoid any conflicts of interest, and to uphold the independence, transparency and credibility of the selection process.

The selection process is confidential, and all information collected is used solely for judging purposes. Only limited information about award winners will be disclosed after successfully completing the assessment process.
